Supported by the HDB Lively Places grant, a team of designers, social worker and psychologist will be carrying out the first Healthy Ageing Place intervention (HAPi) at Yishun Street 61 in 2020. This project aims to understand and enhance older residents’ neighbourhood experiences and wellbeing by creating neighbourhood nodes and complementing them with programmes to facilitate a sense of community, working with older adults and local service providers, e.g., shops, kindergarten, where relevant.
